Finally, we give you a certain number of people from whom you choose a future employee. We work as a reward for success, which means we only invoice after hiring an employee.

Briefly about leasing

It means hiring employees to another company (s) for a specified period of time or for a specific task. The agreement in this matter is concluded by the current employer with the user employer. To hire an employee from another company, you need their consent (in writing).

We need no more than 24 hours. How much do our services cost? It depends on many factors: job position, number of employees, planned duration of cooperation. We provide our clients with a detailed valuation and final price without hidden costs. The offer will be completely transparent. You know in advance how much you will pay.

We will choose employees

Immediately after signing the contract, we will start looking for employees. We will send you all the candidates with a request for verification - the employment decision will always be on your side. How long will it take - Waiting time depends on whether you are looking for a person with unique skills or easily accessible competences.

We will deal with work-related formalities

We will quickly complete all formalities and delegate employees to your company. We are responsible for completing all documentation, conducting medical examinations, drawing up and signing contracts, and providing employees with all important information. If the employee falls ill, we will do our best to find a replacement as soon as possible - we will call additional candidates to ensure uninterrupted work.

Flexible and competent approach

Do you want to increase the number of employees in your company? All you have to do is fill out the form and we will do the rest. We conclude employment contracts with candidates who have been checked and whom you have personally approved. This process will help you minimize the cost of finding staff.

Payment

We accept two billing systems - hourly wages or monthly wages. We issue one summary invoice once a month on the basis of a list of hours worked by the employee previously sent to us.
